Hour Pack
- Buy hour(s) pack to use it for a predefined time period – available as custom packs based on need
- No retention time period required
- Use the hours pack for a combination of Functional and Technical
- Designated contacts for direct support requests* – requires minimum hours pack
- Access to knowledge base of previously resolved tickets for the same account
Time Pack
- Web based ticketing system
- Week day support based on previously agreed time zone
- Effective support through remote management and online tools including phone, email, chat and instant messenger
- Phone and e-mail support for standard product and for other scoped areas and as agreed in the support agreement
- Liaison with third party independent software vendors for customer specific installs – per scope and as agreed in the support agreement
