Raj graduated from the University of Madras with a professional degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a flair and passion for business Raj founded TechnicaX in 2014 with the primary purpose of providing business solutions to enterprises. With deep roots in Automotive, Aerospace, Paper, Discrete, Hybrid and Process manufacturing, Raj adds tremendous value to solution designing & delivery, as he can envisage the final product from a 360-deg perspective. He has a thorough understanding of Global business dynamics, strategic planning, aligning processes & delivery towards business objectives running profit centers, cost rationalization, demand management, risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Raj has mentored several domain experts & software architects in the past. He enjoys building, training and retaining cross culturally competent teams.
Madhav holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay, India. He has 14 years of experience in Information Technology and his specialized experience includes in-depth knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (ERP) application. His industry domain includes Retail, Manufacturing, IT/ITeS Industry, Automotive, Medical devices, Financial Sector, BPO Sector and Communications. Madhav has been involved in many full life cycle ERP implementations on Dynamics AX, D365 FO and NAV platforms, during which he was involved in solution design, architecture and integrations to cater the business requirements.
